Turn off the Sprinkler System

Have you turned off your automatic sprinklers yet? Leaving your automatic irrigation system on creates the possibility that the system will operate during or just before temperatures drop below freezing.

Irrigation overflows can create potential for dangerous ice to form in the winter. Irving’s Water Utilities team encourages residents and businesses to turn sprinklers off until spring.
