The Irving SWAT Team is currently trying to negotiate wanted felon, Jerry Williams, out of a house at the corner of Roberts and 5th Street in Irving.
The situation began about 1 p.m. today. The felon is hiding in the attic and there is no one else in the house.

Multiple teargas volleys have been thrown. No response from Williams. Currently still in stand – off.
