On February 23rd at approximately 5:00 a.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 3800 block of Evergreen St. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male. Investigators obtained surveillance footage of three suspects and their vehicle, and we need the public’s help identifying them.
