Span ceases Coppell ride services

Coppell—Due to reductions in federal funding, Span Inc., which provides transportation services for Coppell seniors and residents with disabilities, announced that it will no longer be able to fulfill all trip requests. 

“While we remain committed to serving as many riders as possible, we must acknowledge that some requested trips will not be accommodated,” a Span representative noted in the announcement.

Span continues to explore other funding options and is working to mitigate the impact of funding challenges.
