Alert. The Irving Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Clemente Garcia, 72 years old, who was last seen on Saturday at approximately 5:30 p.m. (see flyer for additional information). Mr. Garcia does not meet the official criteria for a Texas Department of Public Safety Silver Alert; however, the TXDPS has issued a regional bulletin, and local alerts have been shared on our social media channels.

Anyone with information regarding Mr. Garcia's whereabouts is urged to contact the Irving Police Department at
