Coppell information office Wins Savvy Award

Coppell—The City of Coppell’s internal communication efforts won top honors this week at the international City-County Communications and Marketing Association (3CMA) annual conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. With more than 1,100 entries submitted across 40 categories, Coppell won the Savvy Award, first place, for its employee newsletter in the Digital Interactive: Electronic Newsletters category. 

This category showcases e-newsletters designed to communicate information to a specific audience. Entries were judged on content, user-friendly design, and measurable effectiveness in delivering key messages.

“We are honored to receive the Savvy Award for our employee newsletter,” said Hannah Cook, Coppell’s chief communications strategist. “Keeping staff informed and engaged is a critical component to providing a high quality of customer service to our residents, and it’s an honor to have our work recognized on a national scale.”
