Coppell to hold budget town hall meeting

Coppell—The annual budget process is underway and the city of Coppell wants to hear from you. City staff will host a Town Hall Meeting in the Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Boulevard at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 4.

Residents are invited to attend to hear from city leadership about projects currently underway and to discuss major projects planned for the upcoming fiscal year. During the Town Hall, residents are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback on items that they would like the City to include in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.

Each year, the city council works diligently to ensure that Coppell maintains its high-quality services while also respecting residents' pocketbooks. The city takes pride in its conservative approach to fiscal responsibility and transparency and continuously receives accolades from outside agencies regarding its financial strategy and prudent budgeting practices. A strong history of effective financial planning has allowed Coppell to respond to both planned and unanticipated impacts with minimal disruption to community services and quality-of-life programs.
