Coppell requests feedback with communications survey

October 25, 2024

Coppell—The city has released a Communications Survey, which can be found at www.coppelltx.gov/survey, to encourage residents to provide feedback about their communication preferences. The city is interested in learning about the types of content and information residents are interested in receiving, and which platforms they prefer to use to access this information. The feedback and data received will be used to update the city’s communications and marketing strategies to reach residents more effectively.

“We’re encouraging residents to take our short survey to help us get to know them better so we can adjust how we communicate with them,” said Hannah Cook, the city’s chief communications strategist. “Our goal is to get to know our community members and their preferences so that we can better provide them with all of the information that they need and want.”

The city has contracted with OnPointe Insights to conduct a statistically accurate survey. The survey was designed to be quick, easy, and convenient for residents to take, and participants are able to complete the survey from a laptop, tablet, or mobile device. It is expected that the survey will take between 6-9 minutes to finish.

The survey can be accessed by visiting www.coppelltx.gov/survey, or you can easily scan one of the many QR codes available in various City facilities and on City platforms. The survey will remain open until Nov. 9.
