Barbara June Savage

Barbara June Savage was called Home by her Lord and Savior on January 5, 2025, in Irving, Texas at the age of ninety-two. She was born to mother, Roxie Lee (Bell) Savage, and father, Loyal Tillman Savage on June 28, 1932, in Yuba, Oklahoma. Barbara loved her home and took pride in maintaining her yard. She enjoyed watching TV and walking around the neighborhood when the weather was nice. Barbara especially loved and cherished the times she was able to spend with her family on holidays or any family events. 

Barbara is met in Heaven by her mother, Roxie Lee Bell; father, Loyal Tillman Savage; siblings: Loyal Savage, Freddie Savage, Oneta Carey, and Don Savage. Left to cherish her memory is her nieces and their families: Carolyn Carey, Linda Hufham, Peggy Hartness, Kay Payne, Becky Kearney, Jeannie Grieser, and Debbie Huffines; nephews and their families: Larry Carey, Tommy Savage, Mark Savage, Jim Savage, and Gary Savage; as well as numerous other family, friends, and neighbors who will miss June greatly. 

The family will receive friends from noon through 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2025, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. 

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 5, 2025, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. 

Following the funeral service Barbara will be laid to rest at Restland Memorial Park 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas TX 75243.
